BBQ CATERING DONE RIGHT!

Our story began in 1996 in our back yard pit as our founder shared his love of Texas BBQ, and Southern Hospitality with friends and family for their special events and weddings.  We've long since moved out of the backyard, but that's about all that's changed.  We still slow smoke all our brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage and pork on real pit smokers and we still scratch make our own rubs, sauces, sides and desserts.  We still provide that same great Southern Hospitality for wedding catering, corporate catering, corporate picnics, pig roast luaus, birthday catering and more.  We serve the entire DFW metro area and can drop it off, set it up or fully staff your event.  Give us a call!
